My purpose is to simply help people improve their lives through health and fitness. I strive each day to give members a great training experience so that they feel great and go do great things. I was born in Lorain, Ohio, lived for a few years in St. Louis, Missouri before returning back to Columbus where I've been the majority of my life.
I have been entrenched in training and gyms for the past 10 years. I have worked around trainers from all over the city. Training knowledge, attentiveness, comprehensive fitness assessments, and enthusiasm is what sets me apart. You can get good workouts out a lot of gyms, but finding someone that is passionate, enthusiastic, educated, and willingly wants to help you reach your goals is a lot harder to find.
I used to be an overweight kid. I used my classmates jokes for motivation. So I appreciate them. Now I'm the one they reach out to when they need to lose some pounds and start a healthier lifestyle. (They didn’t realize that when the odds are stacked against me, I use that as motivation and don’t stop until I succeed.)

Favorite Exercise: Pullups and Front Squats because they’re extremely challenging. They require extra effort to learn and perfect.
Favorite Client Attribute: Clients who combine both nutrition and training to maximize their results. They get it!
Favorite Activity: I spend most of my waking hours on my business, but I know that it’s important to take time to relax. I unwind by reading and watching action movies.
Fun Fact: I love to sing and dance but do not do either particularly well, and I’m ok with that.
Favorite Cheat Food: Brazilian cheese bread, aka pao de queijo
Exercising with professional bodybuilders and powerlifters to learn about working out is like jumping in the deep end of the pool to learn to swim. That’s exactly how I got my start in the fitness industry. This invaluable insight served as the catalyst for pursuing a degree in Sports Physiology at OSU.
I am living proof of that anyone can change their body with determination and proper support. I wasn’t born this buff! It took lots of hard work.
My passion for working out is something I want to share with others so they may be encouraged to enjoy this healthy lifestyle, too. I was born and raised in Mayfield, Ohio.

Favorite Client Attribute: The discipline and energy they bring into the gym; it breeds such positive growth! The discipline required to get into the gym not only improves physical health, but also strengthens mental health.
Favorite Activity: Driving to different cities to listen to live music.
