What is the training like?
Our Revolutionary Group Training combines strength training (weightlifting) and cardio to build muscle as well as burn calories in shortest amount of time. These 45-min workouts are high energy sessions that will have you coming back for more! Don't worry if you've never done anything like this before because we modify every exercise to fit each individuals needs!
If I am out of shape can I still do your training program?
Yes, we have 20 to 65 year olds ranging in all sorts of sizes and physical abilities. Some people who walk through our doors have not worked out in years, while others are looking to add something extra to their current workout regimen. Regardless, you can count on our highly educated trainers to modify any movement to your fitness level.
Do you help with nutrition too?
Absolutely! That's the biggest part of weight loss and increasing lean muscle. You must understand how and what to eat. We coach the individual because everyone is different.
